Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. POTG Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the nature of beauty products, we accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
